Knowing the Facts of COVID-19

- Symptoms appear 2-14 days after exposure
- Symptoms: Fever, Shortness of Breath, cough, trouble breathing, bluish lips or face, pain or pressure in the chest, new confusion or inability to arouse
- How COVID-19 Spreads:
- Person-to-person contact
- Infected surfaces or objects
- Colorado is under Stay-at-Home Order
- You must stay at home as possible
- Only essential travel is allowed
- When you go out you must follow the Social Distancing Requirements
- Activities that are okay: getting essential medical care or supplies, getting food or supplies, caring for a family member or vulnerable person, walking your dog or feeding your animals, outdoor activities such as hiking, walking, biking, etc., and going to work if you’re an essential worker
- “Home” is the place where you live whether it’s a house, apartment, hotel, motel,or any other place of rent
- The stay at home order started March 26, 2020 and lasts through April 11, 2020
- Social Distancing Requirements:
- keeping 6 feet of physical distance between all people at all time, 6-foot rule does not apply to those in the same house as you
- Wash your hands as often as you can
- Cover sneezes or coughs
- Schools in Colorado are closed through April 30th
- As of April 1, 2020, Colorado has 3,728 cases and 97 deaths from COVID-19
