Make a schedule it helps

- Get up at a decent time and get ready for the day
- Eat a good breakfast
- Create a schedule for your assignments (what you need to get done that day in the order you want)
- Take a couple 5 minute snack breaks
- Take a break to go for a walk or complete your P.E. assignment for the day
- Change up the schedule everyday
- Try to get all of your assignments done in the first half of the day
- Turn on music or a podcast
- Switch up your working area (work outside, the living room, somewhere new)
