Make a schedule it helps

  • Get up at a decent time and get ready for the day
  • Eat a good breakfast
  • Create a schedule for your assignments (what you need to get done that day in the order you want)
  • Take a couple 5 minute snack breaks
  • Take a break to go for a walk or complete your P.E. assignment for the day
  • Change up the schedule everyday
  • Try to get all of your assignments done in the first half of the day 
  • Turn on music or a podcast 
  • Switch up your working area (work outside, the living room, somewhere new)
