In early August, the hair thieves hit our school, and they need to be stopped.
Delta High School has always been known for being the school that has the best student hairstyles in the country. Students always show up with their cute braids or buns and show off their cool skills, and the teachers always have their cool buns and slick backs. Everything seemed to be going right until in early August, the unimaginable happened.
Teachers and students woke up for their first day of school, and for most students and teachers, they had a good and normal first day, but no one talks about what truly happened on August 12, 2025. Not everyone got a good start to the year like they were hoping for.
Sadly, a couple of our teachers were victims of this thief. Mr. Hamm never got to have a good first day of school. Mr. Hamilton never got to have a good first day of school. Mr. Kendig and Mr. Crowder never got to have a good first day of school. Mr. Meza was close to being a victim, but thankfully, he was able to fight back in time to keep some of his hair.
Some students were also victims, including Patrick Star, an Eighth Grader here at Delta High. Patrick found his Skullet after seeing a post about it on the Delta Message Board of someone who found it under a rock.
This mysterious thief needs to be stopped. They are ruining families and tearing the teachers apart, making them live with the guilt of having no hair. No one deserves this.
“No one deserved to go through any of this. It must be heartbreaking for them to not be able to brush anything but their teeth in the morning. Whoever did this needs to fess up. This is not okay. ” Prayers to the teachers,” said Megan Shae, a Freshman from Delta High.
It is up to the students to step up and do something about it to bring awareness. The only person who can make a big change is you. If any information is found, please contact hairlessfromstress.com.
